Urban Transportation

Brazzaville has an immense fleet of taxis and taxi-buses. The Congolese government recently put in place an urban bus transportation system.

At any time of the day one can easily find a means of transportation (taxi, muni-bus) which follows a given itinerary and operates from 5:30am to 10:00 pm.

In town, the official taxi fare stands at 700 CFA Franc whereas the fares for buses and mini-buses stand at 150 Francs CFA.

There are taxi stations at the Maya-Maya international airport, the Brazzaville train station, the Beach, at each big hospital, stadia, big hotels, squares, modern markets, parks, etc.
