On Thursday, July 20, 2015, the Minister of the Interior and Decentralization, Raymond Zéphirin M'BOULOU, precided over the inauguration of Pierre Cébert Iboko ONANGA as the new Prefect of the Department of Brazzaville. The inagguration was attented by officials and executives from the ministry and the prefecture. During his speech Mr. Onganga, presented his official roadmap for the department and thanked the president of the republic for entrusting him to manage the administration of the Department of Brazzaville.

In his keynote address, the Minister of Interior and Decentralization, Raymond Zephirin Mboulou, praised Mr. Onanga for masterfully completing all tasks entrusted to him as Prefect of Owando in the Department of Cuvette. According to Minister Mboulou, Onanga’s appointment by the Head of State was timely and the Department of Brazzaville was lucky to have a skilled professional to manage its administrative affairs.
