Borough 4: Moungali
Municipality 4 Moungali covers a surface area of 14.28 Km2 with 124.190 inhabitants. It is bounded by the following four municipalities: Poto – Poto, Ouenzé, Mfilou and Makélékélé and is bathed by three creeks: Madoukoutsékélé, the Mfoa and the Mfilou.
Moungali has three big modern markets: (Marché Moukondo, Marché Plateau des 15ans, Marché 10 Francs). It is host to the civil and military airport, the Poto-Poto School of Painting and the Maison des Anciens Combattants (Veterans’ Mess).
